Jing - I love it!

I've been using Jing for the past several weeks at the reference desk and at home. It's fantastic! Particularly for chat/IM reference questions when you cannot show the patron face-to-face how you are finding information, this method seems to work even better. Students can see exactly which steps you took to find information, and they can replay the video over and over if needed or share it with other students who have similar questions.
